
Trade-In Process
Follow these steps to redeem your cashback from trading in your current iQ™/iQ+™ probe for an iQ3™.
Go to the Trade-In Offer product page.You must provide the serial number of your current device before adding the offer to your cart. Trade-in is only available for iQ3™ purchases.*

Once full payment has been made and the order is confirmed, we will submit the Trade-In request to Butterfly and ship your new iQ3™ together with a return bag and further instructions for the return of your current iQ™ or iQ+™.

When you receive your order, decontaminate the device and return it to Big Green in the bag provided with the completed return authority form.
4.
Once we have received your current device, and all completed forms, the cashback will be processed and sent back to the card you used to pay your order with.
NOTE: For your iQ™ or iQ+™ device to be eligible for the iQ3™ trade-in offer you MUST have an existing software membership tied to the device.
